E’ una ballerina di burlesque che non ha paura di mostrarsi senza veli: “Ho quasi 40 anni, allatto da due e mezzo e voglio dimostrare che ciò non impedisce di avere belle forme e stare bene”. Poi si parla di musica, dell’incontro con Chris Martin e di quel tango ballato a Milano… “Voglio dire alle ragazze che temono di rovinare il seno facendo figli: le tette servono a quello! Seguire la natura regala un’energia bella e giusta: io mi sento in forma come non mai”, spiega Paola. E poi si passa a paralre di musica: “La mia priorità era essere professionale. Ma quando andai a intervistare gli U2 a Dublino, passai cinque giorni in albergo a prepararmi. Mentre c’era un dj della tv tedesca che si è ubriacato tutto il tempo e ha fatto un’intervista disastrosa, però gli U2 erano molto divertiti e io ho sempre avuto una latente invidia… La mia esperienza più bella – continua – in questo senso è stata con Chris Martin dei Coldplay: siamo finiti a ballaere il tango al circolo Arci Bellezza di Milano. Però fu lui a chiedermi di fare un giro, io non glielo avrei mai proposto. Lui mi disse: ‘Non preoccuparti, se un personaggio pubblico si fa notare per strada, è perché lo vuole’”. Le delusioni non sono mancate: “Intervistai Ben Harper per il suo primo album: fu adorabile. Ora se la tira da star, risponde con l’aria annoiata. E Lenny Kravitz, che aveva questa fidanzata modella che insisteva per andarea fare shopping, lui era distratto, dava risposte banali”.
