Un capolavoro unico e meraviglioso, di una profondità mistica in ognuna delle 10 perle che sono racchiuse in questo album. E poi realista, vero con quelle parole che spesso restano dette a metà o non riusciamo o vogliamo pronunciare,ma che Jeff le grida al mondo proprio nel modo in cui vorremmo sognare.
L’album parte con Mojo pin , la voce che sembra implorare come un canto angelico, ma via via prende coraggio finendo in un crescendo intenso e doloroso. Un sussurro quasi sofferente destinato a salire ad altezze drammatiche e mistiche. Un attimo di pausa per poi ripartire e chiudersi in un vortice di voce e chitarre. E’ lo specchio dell’intero album!
Il canto apre spesso pacato, quasi sommesso, variando le inflessioni in stile quasi folk-singer destinato però a salire di tono, drammaticità e spiritualismo, spingendosi in quella dimensione mistica dove troviamo sfumature blues e gospel.
Uno stile inconfondibile in componimenti che lasciano senza parole come la tormentata e struggente Lover, you should’ve come over . La magnifica dolcezza di So real , con la sua chitarra semplice e le sofferte deformazioni sonore che richiamano strazianti passi grunge. In Grace, title track, è la forza espressiva della voce di Jeff a entrare in scena, mentre Eternal life ci porta a esplorare i ruvidi sentieri di un rock aggressivo e indomito in cui ci si ritrova a pogare contro il mondo. Da segnalare la versione di Halleluja di Leonard Cohen, che qui prende diventa ciò che è davvero, una poesia preghiera cantata da una voce angelica meravigliosamente crudele e mistica,quel tipo di brano che quando si sente non si fa altro che chiudere gli occhi e perdersi.
I testi, tormenti dell’anima, vanno a scovare il repertorio del padre Tim ma traggono spunto anche da Dylan, Cohen e Van Morrison. Musicalmente, le chitarre graffianti e dolci si mischiano ai delicati sottofondi delle tastiere, esaltano il senso mistico dei brani; il tutto contornato da eleganti arrangiamenti a volte sinfonici, in bilico tra folk e rock, pop e soul, che si legano bene alla scarna trama delle melodie e alla voce angelica e tormentata di Jeff.
In 10 canzoni Jeff Buckley ci ha raccontato la passione, il dolore, la grazia, la compassione, la spiritualità… mostrandoci, “ il coraggio di un uomo pronto a scendere fino al punto più profondo dell’abisso e una tensione al rischio propria di coloro che non si vogliono fermare di fronte a nulla. Neppure di fronte a un vortice nel canale di Memphis……Ecco che viene la mia ora, non ho paura di morire (da Grace)”.

A metà anni ‘60, nella rigida Inghilterra che si stava risvegliando grazie alla Swinging London, i neo denominati teenager trovavano una scappatoia dalla severa realtà ascoltando le radio pirata che, a differenza della BBC, trasmettevano canzoni rock e pop ventiquattro ore al giorno. La musica è il motore dell’azione di I Love Radio Rock, la brillante e ispirata commedia di Richard Curtis che ripercorre un’epoca di forte contrasto politico-sociale, esaminando da una parte il rigore dei colletti bianchi e dall’altra la voglia di libertà dei giovani. Negli anni in cui la radio rappresentava un momento di raccoglimento collettivo, l’americano Conte (Philip Seymour Hoffman) e il suo rivale inglese Gavin (Rhys Ifans) – “pirati” che vivevano letteralmente per la musica – facevano sognare gli ascoltatori con le loro storie personali e tanto rock’n'roll. Dopo aver invitato a nozze lo scapolo di Hugh Grant in quei Quattro matrimoni e un funerale che lo resero celebre dentro e fuori il grande schermo, averlo fatto innamorare di una star americana a Notting Hill e averlo vestito da ministro in Love Actually, il regista neozelandese si libera del suo attore feticcio per scrivere e dirigere il suo film più personale. Giocando con l’iconografia rock – che tramuta la copertina originale di Electric Ladyland di Jimi Hendrix in una scena “orgiastica” – Curtis manifesta tutto il suo amore per la musica e nella fattispecie per il periodo più straordinario per il pop britannico. La storia dei dj isolati su una nave in nome della libertà – il loro battersi per la causa, la sana follia, gli intrecci, l’amicizia e la rivalità – è commovente quanto esilarante nella messa in scena. Puntuale, come le battute più taglienti del Conte di Philip Seymour Hoffman (eccelso nella sua performance), è la colonna sonora che funge da duplice protagonista. Ora descrive alla perfezione il periodo in cui è ambientato il film, traducendo i sospiri delle giovanissime fan, ora muove i fili della trama sostituendo la narrazione con brani mirati cui testi colgono nel segno e sferrano un colpo dritto al cuore.

Timely, as the most cutting bars of the Count of Philip Seymour Hoffman (in his sublime performance), is the soundtrack which serves as both protagonist. Now perfectly describes the period in which the film is set, by translating the sighs of the young fan, now moves the threads of the plot, replacing the narration with songs whose lyrics targeted reach their target and struck a blow straight to the heart.
Coraline è il titolo di un romanzo scritto da Neil Gaiman e illustrato da Dave McKean e vincitore del premio Hugo per il miglior romanzo breve. È stato pubblicato in Italia da Mondadori nel 2002.
La protagonista si chiama Coraline per scivolamento di dita sulla tastiera. Lo scrittore Larry Niven consiglia a Gaiman di conservare l’errore di battitura e quindi non è mai tornato Caroline.
Esito di un lavoro lungo dieci anni, Coraline è un romanzo per bambini illustrato da tavole in bianco e nero da Dave McKean. Coraline è il nome della giovane protagonista, una bambina che abita insieme ai suoi genitori in una grande casa composta da tre appartamenti, in cui vivono dei bizzarri personaggi. Coraline è annoiata, la scuola non inizierà prima di una settimana e i suoi genitori sono talmente impegnati nel lavoro da non poter giocare con lei. Per questo, incitata dal padre, inizia un’avventurosa indagine sul numero di porte, finestre e cose blu della casa. Tale ricerca consentirà la scoperta dell’esistenza di una porta nascosta dietro cui si trova un muro di mattoni. Ben presto la curiosità della bambina rivelerà che quella porta, invece, conduce su un appartamento-specchio in cui gli “altri genitori” di Coraline sono sensibili alle sue esigenze, i giocattoli molto più stimolanti, i gatti parlano e il cibo ha un sapore succulento. Tuttavia, gli “altri genitori” di Coraline hanno una peculiarità : bottoni al posto degli occhi! Lentamente il mondo che sembrava perfetto assumerà i contorni di un incubo. Tornare indietro alla vecchia realtà non servirà a nulla perché i veri genitori sono ormai intrappolati dalle creature disturbanti che vivono nell’altra realtà…, quindi come fare a ritornare indietro??? Alla normalità??? Con l’aiuto di un gatto parlante Coraline dovrà … “Andate a leggerlo!!!!”
Coraline è un romanzo sul doppio. La porta nascosta conduce su una rappresentazione irreale della realtà, confondendo l’insieme dei significati usuali e obbligando la bambina a ridefinire il suo concetto di bene e male. Il doppio si manifesta in un incessante gioco di specchi in cui le diverse identità dei personaggi mutano a seconda del piano di realtà in cui essi esistono. A una prima lettura il romanzo può per questo apparire piuttosto perturbante, ma come sostenuto da Gaiman, “i bambini lo leggono come un’avventura. Gli adulti come un incubo”. Certamente, per entrambi esso può essere fonte di grande intrattenimento e riflessione.
Un ottimo romanzo che è diventato un film d’animazione sotto la direzione di Henry Selick, lo straordinario autore insieme a Tim Burton di “The Nightmare before Christmas”.
Forse non sono in tanti a sapere che il regista che ha mosso i pupazzi di Nightmare Before Christmas non è Tim Burton bensì Henry Selick. Il progetto infatti era stato fortemente voluto da Burton, che ne ha curato la produzione, firmandone il titolo (che in originale era Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas). A sedici anni di distanza, dopo le rispettive esperienze James e La pesca gigante e La sposa cadavere, Selick si cimenta adattando uno splendido romanzo breve di Neil Gaiman, esaltandone il lato dark del racconto. Selick ha scelto di allontanarsi dall’immaginario di Dave McKean, grande illustratore e collaboratore di Gaiman che aveva illustrato il romanzo, per affidarsi all’artista concettuale Tadashiro Uesugi che ha curato il lavoro dell’art-department scegliendo di ispirarsi alle illustrazioni della letteratura per bambini americana degli anni Sessanta. Selick ha così costruito un monto bizzarro e deforme ma molto legato all’immaginario infantile. La meravigliosa scenografia è inoltre funzionale alla tecnologia di ripresa 3D. Coraline è infatti il primo film realizzato in stop-motion espressamente concepito per questa nuova tecnologia. Senza timore di smentita, Coraline è il miglior film in assoluto generato per la terza dimensione, sia per quanto riguarda la dimensione tecnologica (le bambole e gli ambienti hanno una fisicità quasi palpabile) sia per quanto riguarda la dimensione narrativa.
La storia di Coraline, bisogna però sottolineare, è nata grazie a Holly, la piccola figlia di Neil Gaiman, che quando aveva 5 anni, vedeva suo padre trascorrere lunghe ore al lavoro, solitario, davanti ad un computer. Nel tentativo di attirare l’attenzione del padre, la bambina provava a suggerire delle storie dove le protagoniste erano sempre bambine le cui madri venivano rapite da streghe cattive che assomigliavano proprio alle stesse madri. L’idea è piaciuta a Gaiman tanto da rielaborarla in storia di bambini, per bambini ma soprattutto dedicata a quei genitori che amano raccontare storie ai proprio figli. Come ha scritto Niccolò Ammaniti, il romanzo di Gaiman è un libro da leggere a voce alta ai propri bambini, ma per un motivo ben preciso. La storia che viene raccontata fa paura, solo la voce rassicurante di un genitore è in grado di scaricarne la tensione. Il film di Selick è intriso della stessa atmosfera, che probabilmente potrebbe essere estremamente inquietante per un pubblico non abbastanza maturo. Nel suo genere un capolavoro.
Coraline is the title of a novel written by Neil Gaiman and illustrated by Dave McKean and winner of the Hugo Award for best short novel. It was published in Italy by Mondadori in 2002.
The protagonist is called Coraline for sliding of fingers on the keyboard. The writer Larry Niven recommends Gaiman to keep the typing error and then never returned Caroline.
Outcome of a long decade, Coraline is a children’s novel illustrated with tables in black and white by Dave McKean. Coraline is the name of the young protagonist, a girl who lives with his parents in a large house consisting of three apartments, they live in the bizarre characters. Coraline is bored, the school does not start before a week and her parents are so busy working that they can not play with her. Coraline is a novel on the double. The hidden door leads to an unrealistic representation of reality, confusing all the usual meanings and forcing the girl to redefine its concept of good and evil. Occurs twice in a ceaseless game of mirrors in which the different identities of the characters change depending on the level of reality in which they exist. At first reading the novel for this may seem rather disturbing, but as argued by Gaiman, “the children read it as an adventure. The adults like a nightmare.” Certainly, for both it may be a source of great entertainment and reflection.
A good novel that has become an animated film under the direction of Henry Selick, the amazing author with Tim Burton in “The Nightmare before Christmas”.
Perhaps not many know that the director who has taken the puppets of Nightmare Before Christmas Tim Burton is not but Henry Selick. The project had in fact been strongly desired by Burton, who has supervised the production, by signing the title (which was the original Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas). At sixteen years of distance, after their experiences and Fishing James and The Giant corpse bride, Selick try adapting a wonderful short novel of Neil Gaiman, emphasizing the dark side of the story. Selick has chosen to leave dall’immaginario Dave McKean, a great illustrator and collaborator of Gaiman explained that the novel had to rely Tadashiro Uesugi conceptual artist who has treated the work of department-by choosing to base their illustrations in the literature for American children of the Sixties. Selick has created a strange and deformed monto but very attached all’immaginario child. The wonderful scenery is also instrumental in shooting 3D technology. Coraline is the first film made in stop-motion expressly designed for this new technology. Without fear of contradiction, Coraline is the best film ever produced for the third dimension, both in the technological dimension (the dolls and the environments are almost palpable physicality) both in the narrative dimension.

Selick’s film is steeped in the same atmosphere, which could probably be very disturbing for an audience not quite ripe. In a masterpiece of its kind.

C’è un solo futuro per la razza umana, un futuro di sterminio; una vita di privazioni nelle profondità del suolo, lontano dalla superficie dove nessun figlio di Adamo potrà calcare la terra senza incorrere nell’ira del Triacanto. Per millenni gli esseri umani sono stati portatori inconsapevoli di questo parassita alieno chiamato con mille nomi: spiromorfo, triunco, tricuspide, spinoforme, trìfido, tridacna, Triacanto. Esso ha prosperato dentro di noi, diffondendosi in occulte e ubique ramificazioni, ignorato da tutti fino alla Grande Germinazione. Da allora l’uomo cessò di essere il padrone del mondo, la creatura privilegiata che l’evoluzione aveva posto sopra tutte le altre, per lasciare il posto al nuovo, aggressivo e potente dominatore. Questo futuro può essere cambiato, agendo nel passato. A un solo cronoagente, una giovane donna generata e cresciuta per questo scopo, viene affidata la missione di salvare l’umanità dal triste destino che la attende. Il suo nome è Lyca, la “bambina perduta” cantata dal poeta visionario William Blake. Lei sola dovrà discendere e ascendere lo spaziotempo senza sosta, rintracciando i primi portatori del Triacanto ed estrarlo da questi prima che esso si diffonda in modo irrecuperabile. Per fare ciò dovrà trasformarsi radicalmente; si lascerà alle spalle pietà e scrupoli morali e Lyca, la bambina perduta, diventerà Lilith, la predatrice.
Lilith è un quindi è “La Cronoagente”, inviata indietro nel tempo dai misteriosi Mandanti per uccidere personaggi storici ma anche gente comune. Lo scopo dei suoi viaggi non è quello di modificare il corso della Storia ma di eliminare una genia di uomini posseduta da un parassita alieno “ il Triacanto ”, uno spiromorfo che in un lontano futuro porterà a un’ecatombe planetaria. Lilith non elimina persone qualunque. C’è una linea precisa che attraversa il tempo e che marca determinati individui. Questi individui sono portatori inconsapevoli del parassita che lei – una volta individuato – rende visibile, poi corporeo e infine estrae dai corpi delle sue vittime, annientandolo. La morte dello spiromorfo è il segnale che piega e attraversa lo spazio-tempo avvisando i Mandanti che il compito è stato portato a termine. Ogni segnale rivela quindi altre linee temporali da percorrere e porta ad altri bersagli da colpire. Lo scopo è sì cambiare il futuro, ma eliminando unicamente i portatori dello spiromorfo recidendone quindi la linea di ascendenza prima che questa si ramifichi in maniera incontrollabile. La modifica della Storia a seguito di questi omicidi è solo un effetto collaterale, una conseguenza di nessuna importanza per Lilith e i suoi Mandanti. Lilith non ritorna mai nella sua epoca. Rimane continuamente in viaggio, sballottata da un’epoca all’altra. Una volta inviato nel passato, il cronoagente non può più essere ricondotto al suo presente. Ad affiancarla nelle sue missioni Lilith ha un solo compagno: lo Scuro, essere felino senziente simile a una pantera .

There is only one future for the human race, a future of extermination, a life of hardship in the depths of the soil, away from the surface where no son of Adam, the limestone will not incur the land of Triacanto. For millennia human beings have been unwitting carriers of this parasite called alien with a thousand names: spiromorfo, triunco, tricuspid, spinoforme, trifida, Tridacna, Triacanto. It has thrived within us, hidden and spreading branches ubique, ignored by all until the Great Germination. Since then, the man ceased to be the master of the world, the creature inside that evolution has placed above all others, to give way to new, aggressive and powerful ruler. This future can be changed by acting in the past. A one cronoagente, a young woman created and grown for this purpose, is entrusted with the mission of saving humanity from the sad fate that awaits. His name is Lyca, the “lost girl” sung by the visionary poet William Blake. She alone will ascend and descend the spaziotempo unabated, tracking the first bearers of Triacanto and extract from them before it spreads so irrecoverable. The death of spiromorfo is the signal that bends and passes through the space-time alerting the client that the task was completed. Each signal is therefore more lines and time to go door to other targets to hit. The aim is to change the future yes, but eliminating the only bearers of spiromorfo then cut the line of descent, before it spreads so uncontrollable. Changing the History as a result of these murders is just a side effect, a consequence of no importance for Lilith and its principals. Lilith never returns in his time. Remains constantly on the road, tossed from one era to another. Once sent into the past, the cronoagente can no longer be brought to its present. To support its missions Lilith has only one companion: the Dark, be sentient cat like a panther.
Il 1° e il 2° quesito: premio di maggioranza alla lista più votata e innalzamento della soglia di sbarramento
Le attuali leggi elettorali di Camera e Senato prevedono un sistema proporzionale con premio di maggioranza. Tale premio è attribuito su base nazionale alla Camera dei Deputati e su base regionale al Senato. Esso è attribuito alla “singola lista” o alla “coalizione di liste” che ottiene il maggior numero di voti.
Il fatto che sia consentito alle liste di coalizzarsi per ottenere il premio ha fatto sì che, alle ultime elezioni, si siano formate due grandi coalizioni composte di numerosi partiti al proprio interno. E la frammentazione è notevolmente aumentata.
Il 1° ed il 2° quesito (valevoli rispettivamente per la Camera dei Deputati e per il Senato) si propongono l’abrogazione del collegamento tra liste e della possibilità di attribuire il premio di maggioranza alle coalizioni di liste.
In caso di esito positivo del referendum, la conseguenza è che il premio di maggioranza viene attribuito alla lista singola (e non più alla coalizione di liste) che abbia ottenuto il maggior numero di seggi.
Un secondo effetto del referendum è il seguente: abrogando la norma sulle coalizioni verrebbero anche innalzate le soglie di sbarramento. Per ottenere rappresentanza parlamentare, cioé, le liste debbono comunque raggiungere un consenso del 4 % alla Camera e 8 % al Senato.
In sintesi: la lista più votata ottiene il premio che le assicura la maggioranza dei seggi in palio, le liste minori ottengono comunque una rappresentanza adeguata, purché superino lo sbarramento.
All’esito dell’abrogazione, resteranno comunque in vigore le norme vigenti relative all’indicazione del “capo della forza politica” (il candidato premier) ed al programma elettorale.
Gli effetti politico-istituzionali del 1° e del 2° quesito
Il sistema elettorale risultante dal referendum spingerà gli attuali soggetti politici a perseguire, sin dalla fase pre-elettorale, la costruzione di un unico raggruppamento, rendendo impraticabili soluzioni equivoche e incentivando la riaggregazione nel sistema partitico. Si potrà aprire, per l’Italia, una prospettiva tendenzialmente bipartitica. La frammentazione si ridurrà drasticamente. Non essendoci più le coalizioni scomparirà l’attuale schizofrenia tra identità collettiva della coalizione e identità dei singoli partiti nella coalizione. Con l’effetto che i partiti sono insieme il giorno delle elezioni e, dal giorno successivo, si combattono dentro la coalizione.
Sulla scheda apparirà un solo simbolo, un solo nome ed una sola lista per ciascuna aggregazione che si candidi ad ottenere il premio di maggioranza.
Le componenti politiche di ciascuna lista non potranno rivendicare un proprio diritto all’autonomia perché, di fronte agli elettori, si sono presentate come schieramento unico, una cosa sola. Nessuno potrà rivendicare la propria “quota” di consensi. E sarà molto difficile spiegare ai cittadini eventuali lacerazioni della maggioranza. Lo scioglimento del Parlamento una volta che è entrata in crisi una maggioranza votata compattamente dagli elettori potrebbe essere politicamente molto probabile.
L’eliminazione di composite e rissose coalizioni imporrà al sistema politico una sterzata esattamente opposta all’attuale. Piuttosto che l’inarrestabile frammentazione in liste e listine, minacce di scissioni e continue trattative tra i partiti, il nuovo sistema imporrà una notevole semplificazione, lasciando comunque un diritto di rappresentanza anche alle forze che non intendano correre per ottenere una maggioranza di Governo, purché abbiano un consenso significativo e superino la soglia di sbarramento.
Il 3° quesito: abrogazione delle candidature multiple e la cooptazione oligarchica della classe politica
Un terzo quesito referendario colpisce un altro aspetto di scandalo. Oggi la possibilità di candidature in più circoscrizioni (anche tutte!) dà un enorme potere al candidato eletto in più luoghi (il “plurieletto”). Questi, optando per uno dei vari seggi ottenuti, permette che i primi dei candidati “non eletti” della propria lista in quella circoscrizione gli subentrino nel seggio al quale rinunzia. Egli così, di fatto, dispone del destino degli altri candidati la cui elezione dipende dalla propria scelta. Se sceglie per sé il seggio “A” favorisce l’elezione del primo dei non eletti nella circoscrizione “B”; se sceglie il seggio “B” favorisce il primo dei non eletti nella circoscrizione “A”. Nell’attuale legislatura, questo fenomeno, di dimensioni veramente patologiche, coinvolge circa 1/3 dei parlamentari. In altri termini: 1/3 dei parlamentari sono scelti dopo le elezioni da chi già è stato eletto e diventano parlamentari per grazia ricevuta. Un esempio macroscopico di cooptazione!
E’ inevitabile che una tale disciplina induca inevitabilmente ad atteggiamenti di sudditanza e di disponibilità alla subordinazione dei cooptandi, atteggiamenti che danneggiano fortemente la dignità e la natura della funzione parlamentare. Inoltre i parlamentari subentranti (1/3, come si è detto) debbono la propria elezione non alle proprie capacità, ma alla fedeltà ad un notabile, che li premia scegliendoli per sostituirlo.
Con l’approvazione del 3° quesito la facoltà di candidature multiple verrà abrogata sia alla Camera che al Senato.
Se vincono i Sì, scompariranno le coalizioni di partiti e si eviterà che questi si uniscano il giorno delle elezioni e si dividano subito dopo imponendo veti, mediazioni e verifiche continue a maggioranza e governo. Si realizzerà anche in Italia il bipartitismo, così come negli Usa, in Inghilterra, in Francia e in Spagna. Senza coalizioni, la soglia di accesso a Camera (4%) e Senato (8%) diventerà uguale per tutti e il premio di maggioranza non potrà più andare alla coalizione ma solo alla lista che avrà ottenuto più voti.
The 1st and 2nd question: premium majority voted to list more and raising the threshold of the barrier
The current electoral law of the Chamber and Senate provide for a system of proportional representation with a majority prize. This prize is awarded on a national basis in the House of Deputies, on a regional basis in the Senate. It is attributed to the “single list” or the “coalition of lists” that gets the most votes.
The fact that it allowed the team lists for the prize has meant that, at the last election, have formed two large coalitions composed of many parties at home. And the fragmentation is greatly increased.
The 1st and the 2nd question (valid one for the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate) proposes the repeal of the link between the lists and the possibility of awarding the prize to the majority coalition of lists.
In the case of a positive outcome of the referendum, the result is that the majority of the premium is attributed to a single list (and not the coalition of lists) which has received the largest number of seats.

Anche a conferma di ciò sono caduti nel vuoto gli appelli di Mousavi alla calma e alla non violenza…
Erano almeno 10 anni che non si assisteva ad uno scenario del genere in Iran, per rintracciare qualcosa di comunicante con questa rivolta si deve tornare al luglio del 1999, al tumulto degli studenti, seppur in un contesto politico ed economico diverso. La polizia è intervenuta in diverse e tante zone di Teheran, caricando, provando a far disperdere i raggruppamenti e a far cessare gli attacchi, ma il lavoro più duro l’ha trovato in piazza Fatemi, dove hanno sede il ministero dell’interno e il quartier generale elettorale di Mousavi, luogo dove è andato a concludersi il corteo, che ha avuto come coda scontri durati oltre 2 ore, caratterizzati da cassonetti incendiati e lanci di pietre, di risposta una fitta serie di cariche e lanci di lacrimogeni da parte della polizia.

Non dar corso alla richiesta da parte di blogger, gestori di newsgroup, piattaforme di condivisione di contenuti e di chiunque sia definibile “gestore di sito informatico” avrà come conseguenza una sanzione da 15 a 25 milioni di vecchie lire. Si potrà richiedere a questo o a un altro blog, per ogni commento, per ogni video pubblicato su YouTube, per ogni fotografia, una rettifica. Più informazione pubblichi, più rettifiche puoi ricevere e dover pubblicare. Ci potrebbe essere il caso di chi invia un commento con un nickname e poi chieda lui stesso la rettifica.
E’ una legge insensata e chi l’ha scritta è un analfabeta di Internet o uno che vuole metterle il bavaglio. I blog di liberi informatori come Martinelli o Byoblu chiuderanno dopo le prime multe e con loro centinaia di altri. Solo per gestire le richieste di rettifica entro 48 ore dovrei assumere 10 persone, e forse non sarebbero sufficienti. In un anno dovrei pagare probabilmente alcuni milioni di euro di multa. Una legge che non esiste neppure in Cina o in Birmania, concepita per fottere la libertà di espressione. Se passa, sarà la morte della blogosfera italiana.
